Hello, CatTaotao actually for the last year the people who has the phase change to ranking initially for the LIF panel on 03.02.2021 got grant (95%). After fifteen minutes phase changed to ranking became reserved one. I am not sure about the exact time, but the information based on their posting time in this portal about their phase change.

But the prediction about evaluation at longer time based on the summarised one for the fast three years. One of my friend also has the status evaluation for the longer time got grant for the last year (even some one who posted phase changes to ranking immediately has not received the seal of excellence). That's why I mentioned The person who went to ranking at the very beginning got the grant or scored above 70 and below 85.

The person who went to ranking after a long time stays in the evaluation scored above 85 and got grant or reverse list or closed to target value- based on the user comments (I hope Dreamer also experienced this).

I am going to fix my predictions finally from this year result.

If each year is contradicted, that means there is no rule. Then how did you get the conclusion of the past three years?
Or do you mean the other 2 years were like you said, but not last year?

Changing from "SUBMISSION" to "RANKING", directly, is not possible, logically speaking! For sure there is the "evaluation" step...
closely relates on how fast you can track the changes of the link, I mean!
However, the hypothesis looks true(-ish) !

Dreamer" status turned to evaluation again after ranking. Most of the people who stayed in evaluation status for a long time got less than 70 or had eligibility issues.

Last year my status went to evaluation in the same time with other people but it took around 6 hours for a change to ranking. In the end I got more than 70 but less than 85

Others near the threshold will take more time.

I think, unlike last year at least, there were quite a few ppl (incl. me) who remained at "submission" for Mar 1 (Tue) and jumped to "ranking" on the morning of Mar 2. Some (not me) have spotted a quite fast transit of "submission - evaluation - ranking".
This makes me wonder if this year is different from past years in the general procedure and how much the past patterns enlightens us on the estimation for this year.

My guess, and it´s only a wild wild guess, is that people passing quickly from submission to evaluation to ranking got a consensual evaluation amongst the three evaluators. Those who remained longer in evaluation might be the case one or more evaluation reports were not in line with the others, so they´d have to discuss further, and then reach a consensual report...
I dont know, I am already in cuckoo town...

I doubt this because all this would have finished way back in Jan or Early Feb, isnt it?

I think the final score of each applicant must have been concluded (way) before the phase change.
The phase change might reflect some kinda sorting and/or classification IF it really means something.

Same situation here last year. For me took a long time to change from evaluation to ranking and I got a 78. Actually I remember I went nervous about everyone having a ranking status but me.

I wish we have a Dream Team this year, so I could either celebrate or drink my sorrows away during the weekend...
