I am not saying it means something, I was not sure that It was there before or not...

I think this is just because your background is white instead of blue, so the sign itself, which is white and yellow, shows only the yellow.

They always start at midnight!
But in 2020, I did not receive the e-mail, I had to connect to the portal to see the ESR.
