Maybe they have not received any info regarding that (or any other) institution, which doesn't mean nobody got it. Don't lose hope! In any case, I hope you get a nice surprise!
If I remmener well UKR is still in evaluation phase...
We start again with speculation?
Sorry for him/her

If I remember well UKR was on GF-PHY and went to ranking early on wednesday March 2 (exactly the same as me). Given that most of the GF-PHY went to ranking on March 2 except for one who went on March 1, one hypothesis would be that the GF-PHY who went to ranking on March 1 got the grant.

Edit: apparently it was ranking...But we do not know the meaning of ranking (and for what I understood from previous posts, it is likely that only means a score above 70...which can be rejection, of course)

Anyway...I hope everything is a misunderstanding and we will all get the grants (and live happily ever after) U.u
Well, let's be realistic, very few people from this forum will get the grant anyway and ranking doesn't mean much since most of us are ranked, so... unless I got it wrong (and please do correct me based on the previous years) and we end up all with the grant which would be amazing :)
I know... U.u it is just a wish...I still have time to be optimistic :P hahaha

This is my first time application. What does it mean when still in evaluation phase? Can someone clarify pls
Short answer: nobody knows.

Long (and dubious) answer: there's a theory (with some correlational data) on this forum that an early change in the phase of the application signifies a higher score and/or approval of funding. By the same logic, a permanent or a long evaluation phase suggests a lower score, and a failure to secure the grant.

We do not know yet... it could mean a score below 70... but according to the posts, some people got the grant in previous years even when they were always in evaluation (and never changed to ranking).
At least, that is what I understood...

At this point we can only speculate...and as I wrote before Evaluation might mean that they don't have the full picture...as in....where your score stands in your panel or worse...your score didn't get any ranking...i.e. 70 and above....so it's just a waiting game now....
My suggestion would be to not read too much into anything (although it's tough, I know)...just pour the drink that makes you relax and watch something silly and fun...am doing that only

If theory is correct then only people moved to ranking on 1st will get the fellowship. I got rejection by moving to raking on 2nd. I think evaluation may get above 70 but below 85.

I don't exactly believe the 1st and 2nd day ranking theory...it seems too much unnecessary work to upload results of ones who got it on first day and then who didn't on the second day...yet giving ranking to all...same as I don't believe you got rejected...your NCP declaring your rejection just from your supervisor's name is silly...you can make a mistake with someone's name but not with the project ID (from a probability point of view)...so am still hopeful for you... mostly because I understand the feeling of knowing something negative in such a way...

I am not sure what the list looks like at this point, but I checked the first one and more than 50% of the people (I think) changed to ranking on March 1...so I do not think it is related to the day (unless our sample is not very representative of the population)
