You cannot believe what I just experienced! All along, I have not been agitated but very expectant. I just checked the proposal follow-up and I noticed it says, 'informed'! With further curiosity, I clicked on the process document and behold the evaluation report. On opening it, it was rejection I nearly fainted

But after checking it properly, I discovered it was my previous application!!!
