They probably don't realize that they are keeping us in an unproductive status until the results

I thought Roman Abramovich offered to pay? Isn't it horizon? But it was before UK government blocks the sale of Chelsea... Maybe he changed his mind or he doesn't have enough Russian rubles anymore

More seriously, they know that UK has a huge success rate with MSCA, I cannot believe that they did not think about that before!

Yeah, and even if they have to adjust the contribution of UK to the operational expenses there's no reason to delay the results. They can't refuse to award fellowships to UK applicants because UK didn't contribute enough
