I got a response from my very kind NCP saying that they thought the delay had something to do with Ukraine. I don't think that is official or that they know for sure that that's the reason for the delay, but it's what they suspect. They also shared the announcement from the Secretariat of Horizon Europe: "Please be informed that we have had to delay the announcement of the results of the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships with a view to complete an additional screening on a number of proposals. Due to the technical challenge of sending over 8,400 individual letters simultaneously, the earliest we will be able to inform applicants of the results is next week."

It's so hard to focus. I said I would not care anymore but here I am still refreshing the portal, this thread, the facebook MSCA group thread, the magic link, and Twitter.
I have a proposal deadline on Monday and I cannot focus.
