It depends on when exactly it changed from submission to evaluation to ranking, the lunar phase in the moment of change from evaluation to ranking is particularly important.

haha sorry I was not trying to make fun of you, but of the all "magic link" situation. We have been trying to make out patterns, the only relevant thing in that link is the "phase" which can be "submission", "evaluation" or "ranking". Most of people are on ranking already while some are still in evaluation. Some people believe that the earliest you moved to ranking the bigger your chances to get the grant, there seem to be some evidence pointing that way but nothing conclusive at all.

Some people moved to ranking on the 1st of march and some people on the 2nd, if you open it now and you are ranking you have no way of knowing when you changed. No one knows anything for sure so don't think too much about it.
