This is far more specific than the "before the end of March". Given that there were several complaints on Social Media, first for the delay, and then for the vagueness of the "before the end of March", I believe that they are confident that the results will be announced next week. That's absolutely normal. The EU registers and digitally signs each proposal. In case of issues, both EU and applicant will have a legal document at hand.
