It is a common practice to use the AoE time-date in many international calls. Base of the caller is irrelevant. Anyhow, just sharing my line of thought, no need to be rude if you disagree with it, we are all on the same boat.

Since the follow up indicates 14th of march, then they should announce the results when anywhere on earth 🌍 is 14th of march https://time.is/Anywhere_on_Earth (i.e., in 2 hours). Also, the deadline was at 17:00 CET , so I expect the results in 2 - 6 hours since now.
  EC is in Brussels, not all over the world.
Well, I have this feeling that my boat is rapidly sinking

It's incredible how consistently the release of msca results doesn't make any sense.
They have a budget of several billions and can't manage to send a few thousands emails

This is a European call and the time is CET, the one in Brussels. The time zone is not the issue tho, it’s the way EC is not communicating with us. Not even a pre-release saying when thw results will be published. Btw, on the Funds and Grants platform there is no way of sending complaints- which is also something going against the EU logic

I just read my daily horoscope and it says, "deliveries that you may be expecting today might be delayed or held up". This is some prediction by the way!

That's not totally true...
You can apparently communicate with them using the "Launch new interaction with the EU" option on the top right corner of the follow-up page.
But I am not sure them will answer...
