I don't know for sure. I think the NCP lets your university know. You can also contact the NCP yourself but not sure how the process works.

Your project id is a 9-number code, are you sure you are using the correct number?

In the follow-up page, when I leave my mouse on the top of submitted, now it says "Start date". It was "Evaluation 0%" before.
