Right now we can start asking ourselves why some people are under evaluation and other still in submission phase...
Like for the previous years, we have no idea...

Maybe based on the submission date or project id or draft id, we have no idea. What I remember very well from last year, if your status of evaluation changes to ranking before others, it means you scored higher..

Sorry it is exactly not panel but Scientific Area such as engineering (ENG), Life sciences (LIF).. But there is also a panel division such as Global (GF) or European (EF)

I don't think I scored any high with my proposal. We'll see if my status changes soon. For sure the timing with which the Evaluation status appears does not have any meaning in this sense

I think these status changes are probably a psychological experiment to study how people try to find patterns in stressful situations
