I think these new restrictions will limítate the number of applicants for sure, but in this first call the score restriction is still not applicable so I don't expect the number of applicant to go down by 30%, I'd say 10% as much, but of course this is just an opinion I can't but wait until deadline to see stats!

I did not see anything about the CAR panel. Is it over?

CAR had the possibility of a 3 years fellowship. If they reduce to only 2 years by closing that specific panel, more people can be funded.

Sadly that's gone for good. No panels any more they say :(

I came across some private consultancies who supports in proof reading of proposal. I am just curious to know, does anyone have had your proposal reviewed by private consulatants ??

I am not in contact with any of those, although I might consider it this year (I am resubmitting). Do you have any idea of aproximase prizing?

In the Work Programme, it says that:

Proposals involving the same recruiting organisation (and for Global Postdoctoral Fellowships also the associated partner hosting the outgoing phase) and individual researcher submitted to the previous call of MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships under Horizon Europe and having received a score of less than 70% must not be resubmitted the following year.

I am not sure if this applies to the particular applicant regardless if they change their topic or not, or if it only applies when they decide to maintain the same topic with the same supervisor. Can anyone clarify?

Actually, this resubmission rule applies from 2022 call. For e.g. If you scores less than 70% in the present call, you cannot resubmit your proposal in 2022's call. Resubmission means same host and same topic. However you are free to submit new proposal with different host, even if your score is less than 70%

Does it make any sense to talk about resubmission this year? I mean, I’ll send a proposal with same host and same supervisor, of course same tópico but with some considerable changes thanks to reviewers comments. So, is this still resubmission even though the funding program is totally new?
