That's indeed an interesting possibility... and maybe a change in the system would explain why so much uncertainty about the release date.
Hopefully we'll soon find out what's going on

Last 2 rounds I got the email at about 1:30 AM and 7 AM CET.
Hopefully someone gets it earlier and reports here if they decide to release tonight!
