Hi Trina_80 and welcome back

You are far ahead of my case. I filled in all the required data. However, the international funding office in my host is on summer holiday leave. So they are willing to submit my GA and declaration of honors sometime in mid of August.

Guys, where do you stand on the GA preparation of data? We've summited it to the EU, along with the declaration of honors. We then got it back, with some notes. We addressed those and had some questions of our own before resubmitting, but we haven't heard back from the PO in a few days.
I was wondering where you stand. Thank you!
Ahh, that's so annoying. Yeah, the person I was assigned to from the University also left on vacation, but fortunately someone was there to replace her.
I know we should probably be a bit more relaxed about the whole thing, but after waiting for so long I just want this to be over.
Thank you so much for your answer, FairEnough! ;)

Does anyone know if the starting date to start the fellowship is flexible even after you have provided a specific starting date in the GAP form? I was told by the University that I can provide any starting date I want (ofcourse before Sep 1st 2023); say June 1st 2023, and if needed, the fellowship can be started before the provided date (say 1st Jan 2023!) . Is this actually possible?

Hi, Wolvy_18! I know that the starting date can be changed via an amendment, even if you have provided a specific date. However, I do not know if the change can be done only before the signing of the GA or after it has been signed as well. :?

Hi trina_80,

I was told by the university that the start date can be changed after signing the GA. I am not actually sure if that is possible!

Hello guys

It was stated in the "RESERVE LIST GAP Information for Beneficiaries - PF 2021 - 04-07-2022" that:
Start Date Options
You will need to choose one of the two possible options:
1) "Fixed start date"
Selecting this option means that your project will start on a specific, pre-defined date. This date must be encoded during the GAP procedure, together with a compulsory explanation in the “Justification” box. For example, “the researcher's current contract will end on …”.
• The earliest possible fixed start date for your proposal will be 01/09/2022
• The latest possible fixed start date that can be chosen is 01/09/2023
Although the start date will be fixed in the grant agreement, this can – if necessary – be changed later on via an amendment.

relax dude

Hello,

Just to update. I come from ENG standard proposal. I got 92.8 which was the threshold for ENG. I was on the reserve list and originally got funded by ERA. I don't know what the exact position on the reserve list was, but I have now also been funded through the standard MSCA and have opted to change from ERA back to MSCA.

Good luck, everyone.

Best,

Aris
