I got the same messages too:
1) Not to change anything in the system.
2) That there's an IT problem.
3) That the GAP agreement process will only begin by 2 days ago.

Oh so they have asked you to start the GAP agreement process (point three)? My PO replied to message in regards to the signature deadline, but did not say anything about starting the GAP agreement process....

Yes, but everything is done by them. We have very little role during this process.

Hello,

How is your process going on? I submitted reviewed data on 08 April 2022, but so far I have no news.

Cheers.

Hi,

same here, also submitted the data last week, but no further news so far....Should we assume that this indicated date for the signature is fixed? Or can the process also be faster than this?

Cheers.

The grant agreement declaration is signed by the Institute representative! and I was asked to fill in the WPs, Deliverables, and risks in the Grant agreement data. Now all the tabs look ok in the GAP data. Anyone was asked to fill in details from the proposal to the GAP data???

I am asked to join by July 1. But I am not sure when the proof of funding from EU and appointment letter from the University will come... Any insights???

Has your PLSIGN already signed the Grant Agreement? Mine only put some info (bank account, his name, etc.). I was asked to fill the rest, not from the proposal, but following instructions from the Project Officer. Then we submitted the data to the EC.

This is my "Manage Project" tab. Is yours the same?

Hi guys,

So, after reading the comments, I can see my experience is a bit different. In my case, a team member of my project is in charge of putting in all info like the WP and so on. Right now, my role is only to amend the proposal based on the comments of the evaluators.

Yes, my tab also looks the same.

Hi guys,

just wanted to ask how the process is going for you? Anyone already signed the agreement? We submitted the data a while ago and signed the DOH, but since then essentially no reaction from the EU..

Cheers
