I checked the follow-up website, it is still showing "14 Feb 2023" for the informed date.

I am not sure, here is the answer my NCP gave me a couple of weeks ago:
« We do not know the precise date of publication of the results of the MSCA-PF-2022 call. However, except in exceptional cases, the evaluation process has a maximum duration of 5 months. The results for the MSCA-PF-2022 call - which closed on September 14, 2022 - should therefore be known by February 14, 2023. »

And a last word before the mess starts, have faith, stay positive, and take care of yourselves. This MSCA stuff does not deserve to beat you down, we did our best and that’s the most important.
I know that’s easy to say, I am myself close to breakdown waiting for those results

Will NCP know the results earlier that can tell us personally?

It's not my intention to upset you folks, I'm tortured too. Just based on the experience from last year, it was "March 2022"-->"March 2022 (second half)" and finally EC released the results on March 21, 2022. It's quite alike, "February 2023"-->"February 2023 (second half)". Besides, the final announcement day was actually later than the date shown in the system, so I wouldn't count on that. But hope remains, because last year EC officially announced a delay which we haven't received, so it might be a good sign to receive results on Feb 14!

Last year was a complicated year for EC. They had the release of the results of the ERC at the same time. That's why they had to delay the MSCA results. This year, the ERC have already been announced so it should be within the 5 months at it always is, and not after!
