No email yet, so I don't know anything more then that. I've checked the follow up page and there's the evaluation report. I just says the score and comments, doesn't say if I've got the fellowship or not
(by the way, I switched to ranking on 02/02 around 14:00)

exactly same situtation as me! I turned to ranking at the same time, no email yet, just my score is a bit lower so I am in doubt

Really annoying situation... I wonder how an institution as important as the European Commission doesn't have the means to inform the applicants in any meaning way.

98.4 SOC

The cut-off score in SOC in the last year was around 93. Hence, I think it is QUITE IMPOSSIBLE you did not get it - also, considering the lower number of applications and more funding available this year. I read the forum from last year and some people were able to spot the result at the portal and receive the e-mail later. I would say you shall get it by midday! No worries and congratulations!

(by the way, I really can't understand how I've got that score, I didn't feel particularly confident... I just can't believe it)

This happens. and because this is 'mostly' subjective, though it should not be, but inherently, when two people assess same proposal, their perceptions and their 'state of mind' at the time of evaluation matters a lot. Though the person who evaluated may not agree, but say he/she did evaluated un biased. lot to be written. but leave it at this point.

most of such international institutes staffed with less number of staff than, we all expected them to be. So, its the reason.

Yeah it's a very volatile process, and very subjective.
It's the second time applying, I applied before to the 2018 call
