my magic link turned to the evaluation phase, my proposal is for 30 months but the duration phase is 24 in the magic link, is there any problem?

It's probably due to your industrial placement might be ineligible. Maybe you might have chosen academic/research organization for industrial placement, or it could be something to do with the letter of support.

this is my second try with MSC PF, last time I used the same company with the same letter, I did not win but the duration was 30 months in magic link.

I did not know that we could have a proposal with more than 24 months. Did you guys apply for a regular EF MSCA PF?

you can have a 6 months non academic sector placement + 24 months regular fellowship

I see! For my area, it is quite impossible to find a placement in a non-academic organisation. First, because my career is mainly academic second because my work is related to psychosocial judicial issues and organisations within this area are not open for placements. That is why I never applied for an MSCA COFUND (as the secondment/placement in a non-academic organisation is mandatory). Anyways, I wish you luck with your proposal!
