The Portal changed to informed?
No didn't see any change, just randomly checking and I've found the report

95.6 GF-ENG reserve list...... Do you think how works this? I will join if someone from my panel leaves..or how it works?

When do you guys submit the application? Is it any relation between the time of announcement and the time of submission?. I submitted the last day of deadline.

I don't know. In My case, I submitted the day of the deadline 20 minutes before

Yes. its crazy. means the cut-off is very high or may be very narrow. and this one missed the main stream. but still reserve list is somewhat better .. congrats, anyway
