Really annoying situation... This happens. and because this is 'mostly' subjective, though it should not be, but inherently, when two people assess same proposal, their perceptions and their 'state of mind' at the time of evaluation matters a lot. For me still written in Evaluation un the magic link and any additional document on thé portal…I think I will not have it and not be ranked this year ! i will tell you
