It seems like the EC stopped sending out email since the portal maintenance at 08:00(CET)? Correct me if I'm wrong..

Then I invested a lot of work to improve this proposal for my second attempt, was very optimist and scored "only" 89%. I was very frustrated with the reviewer's comment back in 2022. I applied with the 89% version again with no changes except updated dates for the timeline and got now 100%. --> Bottom line you need a solid proposal but the rest is a reviewer's lottery...
Don't give up if you were not lucky this time!
Unbelievable, what you have been through is worth a complaint against their evaluation!

this really lottery... that many of us feel.

Yeah the results seem to have slowed down...
Is there anyone that got the email/evaluation report after 8am CET?

Very rightly said Kathy... this type of evaluation lacuna is disheartening... research is not a LUCK game.

At least the EC could have been transparent about their strategy (if they had one
). One way to prevent servers to overload is to announce ahead of time that ABC panels will be announced on Monday, XYZ on Tuesday, etc... Take inspiration from the Nobel prize announcements. One field per day.
