Hi, guys! Just a brief question: does your Project Officer answer quickly to your messages? We've sent a message about 10 days ago, sent a reminder a couple of days ago and we still haven't received an answer. I have no idea if they're on vacation, they do not see the messages or simply do not have the time to answer. What was your experience?

Mine gets back to us immediately. She also assures us that our messages through the communication tool are always read on time. Perhaps this is our luck bu the summer vacation needs to be taken into account also.

Thank you so much for your answer, emancipatedcity! Our PO was quite quick to answer as well to our first messages. But then this happened... I'm guessing she's on vacation, but an out of office would have been nice, though. Or temporarily being reassigned to another PO. Having to wait almost two weeks (so far) for an answer (to an uncomplicated question) is not that fun...

Does anyone know if the starting date to start the fellowship is flexible even after you have provided a specific starting date in the GAP form? I was told by the University that I can provide any starting date I want (ofcourse before Sep 1st 2023); say June 1st 2023, and if needed, the fellowship can be started before the provided date (say 1st Jan 2023!) . Is this actually possible?

My host university has put up sep 1 2023 as the starting date (as this is the latest starting date for the grant). However they said that if needed, I can apply for an amendment and start the grant earlier if needed.

Does any one know when will projects be listed in the ´funded list of projects´ (https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tende ... ePageState) after the Grant Agreement has been signed? Are the projects listed only when the awarded fellow starts working on the project at the host institution?

In my case, the Grant Agreement has been signed by both the EU and the host institute and the status of the proposal is ¨Paid¨ in the participant portal. (Even though the starting date of the project is set as 1st Sep. 2023). However my project is still not listed in the ´funded project list´.

Hi, Wolvy_18! Mine hasn't been signed yet, so I do not know. But I'll keep an eye on it after it gets signed (hopefully soon) and will keep you posted. Congrats on having a signed GA!

I just checked the funded project list on the https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tende ... ePageState portal, and my project is now listed. I think it took a couple of days between the project being signed fully and it being eventually listed in the funded list.
