They just replied to me, saying that they have been experiencing technical problems and that they are trying to proceed as quickly as possible (prioritizing the processing of grant agreements based on their expected start date).
Since the problems are on their side, I guess they will be flexible in terms of deadlines. So I will just keep waiting!

My PO has also replied, saying the same, that they are facing technical issues. I really hope this means that they are flexible. I am a bit anxious now because in the guideline, it says that there might be consequences if the GA is not signed by the deadline.

For sure they will delay the date! it is not our fault if the GA is still not signet yet.

Ah Thank you so much for the update! I have not heard back from my PO yet, I will keep you posted, fingers crossed that it will be done soon, I need to apply for a visa ASAP

I agree. they cannot penalise us if it is their fault. it would be a scandal

I received my GA 3 hours ago, and my host instituion signed within 10 mins. Now we are waiting for the EU to sign it. I am sure you will get it soon! Good luck!
