Last year UK didn't join Horizon and people on the wait list of the UK, didn't get funded. This year UK joined horizon.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this round of MSCA fellowship will still be funded via UKRI guarantee funding scheme, not EU. What matters is that the work programme is dated 2023. So the issue of what they'll do with the waiting list will still be there this year.

They are never late, why are people thinking like this? They even announce results early, the last time was announced on 10th Feb only.
