There are some uni that automatically offer postdoc positions to people with SOE

do we need to find them by searching? or do you mean the 'host universities' will be giving such positions?

You have to search for them. It varies from uni to uni, some gives this opportunities only to SOE that applied with them as host uni, some accept any SOE even if you did not apply with them as host. But there are quite a few nowadays with this kind of opportunities, I also know some in Italy for example.

Sorry to hear that! Was it your first time? A little below the SOE, but nearly there, and you can apply again next year!

This was my fourth time, I have got a SOE once (score was 90.8%)!
and same proposal was under reserve list in Newton international fellowship too in the last year's call!

I will probably look for some grant writing agency who can help me because it is evident that I'm missing something!

I got an email, but also you can check "follow up" under Actions in your proposals folder on the website, all the reports are in there. I doubt you'll see the results there before you get the email, but who knows! (looks like my reviewers didn't read the proposal too well, one of the main weaknesses they point out is clearly addressed in the text and they didn't see it somehow. frustrating)

I know someone who also got the SOE the first time and then got the fellowship the next year.

I scored 87.4, so I did get the SOE I guess, thank you! I applied for a GF, so I won't be eligible for the same fellowship next year sadly, since I already worked in the outgoing phase country for more than year and such. Still, I can at least put the SOE on my CV...

Where can we look for the result in the portal? Is it in the documents tab under Follow-up?

GF-SOC rejected. I scored 88.20. This is my second attempt. The score has been higher than the last year one. Very few weaknesses, many strengths.
