Some times try in different browsers, lIke Microsoft Edge, instead of Chrome. Try that lets know.

yes. in fact while applying to MSCA itself, the link will show these keywords to select.

replace the stars at the end of the link with your project ID. then an HTML code like text will appear (sorry, before that it will take you to login to the portal of ERC, if you not already signed in).
