I got it!!!
96% GF SOC panel.
Still says 24 months in the letter even though I requested 36.
Hands are trembling and chest is beating, but I did it!!!

Yes, it is, but the letter is not easily visible. You have to click on the links on the left.

I think that the 24 months are referred to the outgoing phase only. 36 months correspond to the entire fellowship.

How can we know the threshold? I just got a rejection with 94%.
