Hi All. Is there anyone from the EF-LIF panel and knows their ranking? My score is 92.6% and so far I have no idea about my ranking in the reserve list.

Hi, no idea, I'm also EF-LIF, but my NCP said they would get the reserve list in a few weeks... For now, I'm getting a general idea on ranking from here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... 1268576352

I asked my NCP and she answered saying I am in 26th position (after taking out UK projects), and I get 92.4%

I just got the same reply from UK NCP as others have already posted. They don't have information about the reserve list and if EU brings us in the main list and we get some proof of that, we can apply for the UKRI guarantee. Then the person finished by saying that based on the last two years calls, the EU will not give GAP to UK based reserve list candidates and unless they change this practice this time, we do not have a chance. So basically, it's all put up to EU. Don't know if there is a way to appeal this very sensible thing to EU, which really does not effect their financial commitments or any EU hosted candidate's chances.

Hi All. For EF-LIF, my NCP said there are 249 proposals on the main list with a cut-off score of 94.4%, of which 53 are UK proposals. And there are 11 UK proposals on the reserve list above me. So based on my calculation I would be at ranking 20th in the reserve list after excluding all UK proposals above me (main + reserve lists). Therefore, I reckon I would only have a chance if 20 non-UK proposal above me declined their offers. Just FYI, my score is 92.6%.

Hi All, this is what I got from my NCP in the Netherlands:

"Your proposal scored 92,80 in the SOCV panel, resulting in a ranking position of 325 (including main list, that is, funded list).

The main list holds 248 proposals with a cut-off score of 94,60

There are 35 UK proposal on the main list and 14 UK proposal ranked above you on the reserve list. Those proposal will be excluded, since the UK was not associated to Horizon Europe for the MSCA PF 2023 call (the UK government will fund those proposals)."

I guess this means my exact ranking on the reserve list is 325 - 248 - (35 + 14 UK proposals) = 28

Not sure if I have any chance with such kind of ranking

Thank you, this is super helpful to know, since I am also in EF-SOC and my NCP still didn't say anything to me. Can you ask your NCP if the funded UK-based project will also be taken off the list? because in this case there will be 35 spots for proposals on the reserve list to be funded, plus going up the list of the 14 proposals based in the UK which will not be funded by the EU. Changes to get funded would be higher this way!

Sorry I made a mistake in my earlier post. Turns out the UK proposals on the main list, that is, the 35 funded UK proposals, will be taken off the list as well. I edited my earlier post, so mine is not 63, but rather 28. Which means, indeed, perhaps we will have a higher chance of getting funded in the end.
