My host institution just confirmed me I'm the first in the reserve list of my panel, I've already lost any hope but hearing this...

If you are the first on the reserve list I would say the chances are very high you will eventually get it, it would be different if you were low on the reserve list. I think there is a group here about reserve list candidate maybe you should ask there.

Yes, same here, my NCP also said same, there is great chance you get it if you're first on the reserve list!
