For 2017, the only data you can get is in the "info sheet" on the EC website with number of applications per action. The budget for each action is in the MSC work plan (but maybe also in the guide for applicants). After that you have those data you can do some guessing for 2017. For example for GF, according to last years data you can calculate the cost for each fellowship on average (total budget/last year number of fellowships) and than getting the probable number of fellowships for this year (this year budget/estimation of eligible applications) and the probable success rate range.
