Hi Guys !
Good morning and good luck to everyone.
How many of you are in CHEMISTRY panel with Phase = EVALUATION/RANKING ?

Mine is "RANKING"
Many of the people here are not male, so addressing us as 'guys' is not really appropriate. Maybe use the word 'people' next time to avoid this?
Sorry, if you felt offended. I have probably used it a lot. In my defence though, 'hey guys' in a gender neutral term where i come from (instead of hey y'all) and used often inbetween only girls. So don't jump to conclusions! btw, I'm also a female ;)
Wtf! hahahhaa Guys is a legit neutral term to address a group of people.....weirdest comment ever! I think the focus of this group has gone off piste

PS: @John-EF has used the words 'guys' and 'bro' :o any American utterly shocked by this?

Is anyone here submitting for a 3rd time or more? If so, what scores did you get? It would be interesting to know if they ever go down or if they usually go up.
In 2015 my score was 89.2 (PHY panel) and in 2016 it went up to 89.8! (even though it was improved a lot).

ENGG bro!
When did you submit proposal? Someone was saying those who submitted at very last moments of deadline are in evaluation phase. But I feel like all these are just speculations.
Speculation. 30 min before the deadline, in Ranking since Monday the 12th.

I am. Even though I am only half American. But this has nothing to do with that I disagree about the use of the term. @John, bro, seriously?!

Also, regardless of the forum and its purpose, I see stuff I don't think is appropriate, I call it out. I wish more people did.

Take it easy people and enjoy the life. Nobody knows the exact identity of anyone here so don't mind the small words and stick with the purpose.
