I truly believe if they like the proposal they won't disadvantage it and if they don't they could use it as an excuse to mark lower.Diatosystem wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 3:28 pmI feel you bro...
I actually don't...because on one hand your CV is part of the evaluation, on the other I think they "weight" the evaluation depending on your career stage (At least I hope so )

I am so impressed by this work! You answered the mystery. So now I think it is sure you will be fundedSteminist wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 2:39 pmSo guys,
Today i went to the twitter account of " MSCAactions @MSCActions". And i checked the liked twits of this account.
This account liked a twit of YESTERDAY which is written " Kicking off the new year with some exciting news! I am delighted to join
XXX as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow - YES I got it @MSCActions bla bla bla". So i thought she might be the suspicious winner of yesterday. (Because they mentioned that project was on law and this one is also)
Luckily, she also mentioned the project name in her twit too. So i checked and i realized she was a winner of 2019. So IMO, there is no results out and since the status change is not happening, we will get the results quite close to 9th february.
I did my best stalking :I

Anyone here with zero post doc experience who applied last year and was/wasn't successful could share his/her experience... I just hope number of citations and lab experience wont be used as a criteria for evaluation!

It's not a factor - they are supposed to just evaluate what the fellowship will do for you at your current stage. So the application should be appropriate to wherever you are at.

So if one gets it there is actually the word 'congratulations' in the subject area?Fish20 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 2:22 pmMail received for one on the waiting list:MSCA_ENG20 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 1:54 pmWhat if on the waiting list? Is it rejection, congratulations or something else?IFCAR-2020 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 1:50 pm
That's all. If you look at the head of the email you can know what the result was: Rejection/Congratulations
Your EU proposal XXXXX - Acronym; evaluation results

Hi everyone,
Until now, I've been only following the posts on this forum, lurking out there in the dark and waiting for someone to leak some news. But now I decided to join the conversation primarily because the anxiety and the panic and the hysteria are becoming all too real for me
This is my first year applying; I am currently conducting a postdoc in the US and therefore, I applied to the Reintegration panel (MSCA-EF-RI).
My expectations are low, but I was wondering if anyone here is on the same panel or has some additional specifics about this panel in particular

In my case, I am in Career Restart Panel, after a break of several years. I suppose in my panel everyone will be in a similar situation, and I guess that the longer the break the lower the probabilities to succeed. I have been told by NCP that in CAR panel the cutoff marks are usually lower… around 1 to 1.5 out of 100 hahahaha. Loads of probabilities in there! Anyways, I said before this was first time for me, so I´ll just keep reading your posts trying to learn how to deal with this pressure!

the competition will be fiercer than ever regardless of the panel this time, overall they has a 17% increase in proposals submitted, in career restart it was 42%! wishing everyone luck and hoping many people in this forum will get the golden ticket!Esbesp wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 4:51 pmIn my case, I am in Career Restart Panel, after a break of several years. Guys! I have a question. I just saw from FB that one person was connected for ethical issues and she asked to complete in next two weeks. So it's not possible to receive the results before that time, nope?
