Also, this is now my third year on the forum and we never had candidates who found out the result from their host. The only advance we had was via Dreamer.

Has anyone here applied to the MSCA-IF more than 3 times? Or have you heard of people being succesful after applying multiple number of times? This is the third time I am applying, and I am wondering whether to apply again or not in the most likely scenario of failure.

When I say host doesn't mean your guide or someone next to the guide. Host means the whole system in the university you applied from. They get the list of successful applications to submit the grantees. After that the program will move to the next stage. NCPs are getting the list just after evaluation stage.

My ethical query was because I made a silly mistake and referenced a type of experiment in my ethical declaration which I had removed from the proposal but would have required specific ethical clearance. I wouldn’t worry if you haven’t been contacted, it probably just means you didn’t screw up. As for whether this means anything wrt success I am not counting on anything. We all have the exact same probability at the moment..
From what I understood from previous calls, only the NCPs get the list a few days in advance (so Monday would still be too early), and are normally forbidden to leak any information before the official announcement is made (very very few exceptions do leak information though).
Can someone else confirm this?

Hi everyone,
Just want to wish everyone the best of luck, its my second year applying but hoping to be luckier this year! Last year I was a mere spectator of the madness of this forum but I have decided to get involved in the madness this year This opportunity to me would allow me to get back into academia after spending a few years in industry so I am starting to feel the nerves now as we get closer to the results as it would be a big change for me. Good luck everyone !

If you are applying with the same topic and same guide don't try. See the comments very carefully sometimes reviewers give you hints what to do or even selection of host.

Left side of that is mentioned: submitted 9th September.

Yes, it mentioned the Sep. 9. Does it have a meaning?
