Let me re-phrase: not "take responsibility" but
"The EC has to pay by means of this generous grant to aid my multidisciplinary intersectoral making-babies project".
After all, I am a serious researcher who provides solid evidences of this novel approach.

That's unlikely the statuses won't change before the announcement of the results, again because some of us (for example ECM) already had a status change early.
