I just moved to ranking from evaluation

Is this what you want to have for a chance to have the grant?

According to this forum ranking means at least 70%, but the fellowship is still not guaranteed.

Don't. I posted it several times already, but there were some (well, at least one) examples last year who stayed in Evaluation and still got the fellowship.

I had to wait so much to get this status that, if I get Ranking, I expect the change to be delayed as well.
