I mean, if it didn't happen today, no reason to expect it any further?

No, according to the last year it was changed after (about) 2 days for some fellows.

I don't think so. Usually the results were sent on Monday or Tuesday. Never Friday. You can check this out.

Those is evaluation how many have this "phase":"EVALUATION","proposal":true,"finished":false"

and

"phase":"EVALUATION","proposal":true,"finished":true"

I don't know, but when I follow the secret link for my rejected application from last year, it also says "finished":false}, same as for this year (which is still in evaluation). So it doesn't suggest anything positive.

5. Outcome of the evaluation: Commission/Agency ranked list — Operational capacity check
We will rank the proposals that passed the thresholds according to the results of the evaluation by the experts (‘Commission/Agency ranked list’).
This ranked list consists of:

- a main list (proposals proposed for funding)
- normally also a reserve list (in case proposals are withdrawn, excluded or extra funding becomes available)
- a list of proposals that cannot be funded because of insufficient budget.
