Problem was today because host NCP work out until 2PM, and home NCP until 3PM. Results flew to NCPs afterwards for sure. None of these bloody hell NCP person did not check their official mails

I think it's pretty unrealistic that EC sends mails on Saturday...
On the other hand they sometimes have done some maintenance to the website on Saturday, so WHO KNOWS...
