Now there is a clarification which is required yesterday on this forum some body wrote a big post on how in resubmission there is a big sanity check when the score is below last call and they do all kind of analysis, now an experienced researcher has a 20 pt drop and fell below threshold so means that scoring is not consistent?

So sorry Dreamer. In general EC grant proposals have been losing credibility lately and it is evident with resubmissions. The quality of the reviewers should definitely be reassessed.
