Ugh, via a leak also dropped below threshold. Submission #1 = seal of excellence & waitlist etc, submission #2, rejection, but strong scores on everything but excellence and still over 80, submission #3 below threshold and I’m sure it is because I addressed the reviewer critique from last year.

My advice, if you resubmit, don’t do much and just resubmit the same.

I was in evaluation still, so I think ranking/evaluation holds true.

The reviewer process is a genuine lottery. I’m sad about the emotional energy I wasted.

Hei Pete, I am also sorry to hear that. I think your experience will guide a lot to people in here, including me. After you and Dreamer, I think I will not consider a resubmission.
