Yes, it’s true that the lottery is good reviewers. But in my case this year I changed my project a little because of a bad review and this is the result - a big drop in score.

This is the academic process. I am more relaxed about it this year than last. Life goes on after rejection, of this I am sure!

But many here will get it!

This year I didn't change project much. Just few lines deleted and added something to compensate previous comments. But I have switched from Life sci to chemistry thinking that the cut off score always very high for life sciences .

Thanks Dreamer, but at least in my case, knowing that I failed (third attempt - evaluation) I prefer to wait for the ESR, at least this way will know the reasons...otherwise will spend the rest of the weekend thinking WHY!!?

I have gone through the list to look at last years reviewers for my field and proposal key words. It is scary that only one person is someone I would consider qualified to review my proposal. Most of the others I have never heard of or are not actual specialists in my field.
