Do you have any post doc experience prior to applying?

Not at all as I haven't finished my PhD. I will defend in two months. If you want to know about my CV, it is pretty normal I would say besides the fact I have some experience in industry and that I did two international research stays during my PhD, hence almost all my publications have international co-authors

Yes, both research stays were in two different European countries than the one I am doing Phd. That was a line of reasonement I tried to express in my application, that if I didn't managed to be funded, those links would be somehow lost. Not so aggressive of course but a little bit sutile haha. But, I don't know if that was smart to do or not

Awww, thanks Alessandra! I found this forum randomly, and it has been such a great (support) group. I will learn about my score on Tuesday - I don't think I will get it since it is my first time applying and it was mostly a Kamizake action. I will surely use all the suggestions shared through this platform. This forum shows how peer-groups and shared knowledge are so powerful within and also without academia, more than boring seminars on how to write the "perfect" proposal.

I was under evaluation and failed, as predicted by who monitored the status trends in the past few years. I guess I'm at the end of this route, and I absolutely want to thank @Dreamer, @PetetheCat and @Amar, who spent their time in deciphering and interpreting the MSCA's backstage moves, and with great humanity share their knowledge with us, with kindness and patience. Again, a big applause to my two examples of resilience: Dreamer and PetetheCat, I'm sure something bigger is waiting for you.
Now, I guess I can go back to my life - I think my children have applied for adoption in the meantime

A big hug to those who have applied and didn't make it - you're great.
Heartily congratulation to those who did it - you're great too!! Please, make this world better through your projects.
