One of the best advices I got from a youtube video is to use the word "state-of-the-art" as many times as possible.Eng2020 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:14 amAnnaMC wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 11:47 pm98.8.
That was my third try (previous scores 83 and 86.6 if I remember well).
Just for the record, my phase is RANKING.
Congrats to everyone for the effort. I have some videos for you guys.

I can not believe how this could happen??!!whyaplampro wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:14 amI'm on the SOC panel. Last year I got 92.6 and was on the reserve list. I made the (in my humble opinion) best amendments that responded to the evaluators' comments and this year I got 77.8. I'm more than disappointed...
But congratulations to all those who got their fellowships - you are the very best! The night, and the next couple of years, is yours!

93. Reserve list. Anyone knows how many projects are funded from reserve list?

No not really as far as I know. Seal of excellence you get with 85 points and higher. But the cut off to get into ranking is 70. So people between 70 and 85 were in ranking and won't get the seal of excellence.no42 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:15 amSo those who are below budget are not funded but will get the seal of excellence because they are above the cut off. Correct ?MSCA-IF-RI-LIF-2020 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:13 amMain List-Got it
Reserve-Might get it if people in main list drop out or if more money becomes available
Below Budget-Not funded
When you google seal of excellence and MSCA you find the 85 points info.

No, I know that. Thats the "threshold". I meant the IF cutoff for panels.Anni_LIF wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:19 amNo not really as far as I know. Depends on how many drop out of main list/ how much money becomes available. But you need to be really 1st and 2nd on reserve list to be in with a shot. Ask your NCP where you are on the list.

The SOE has nothing to do with the cutoffs which change every year, it is set at 85 or higher.no42 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:21 amNo, I know that. Thats the "threshold".
