Still in EVALUATION
Re: Still in EVALUATION
Thank you, Alessandra! Really sorry about that, Alessandra and Pepper! I was hoping our Evaluation gang would beat the odds!

Dreamer, you are sweetest and most generous person ever! All this generosity will come back to you as something totally wonderful! Big hug!

Re: Still in EVALUATION
There are a lot of us with low scores this year, so maybe knowing the competition was fierce, the reviewers were extra harsh. However it is, I thought through a lot of ideas on the proposal, but life changes over a couple of years, so the rejection this year is easier than previously.
I hope all of you who also didn’t get funded go on to awesome things!

Re: Still in EVALUATION
Judging from the posts and the fact that I'm still in evaluation (CAR panel), I can only assume my project was so bad that didn't score above 50. It was my first attempt and I'm not sure I want to go through this again next year. Good luck everyone!
Re: Still in EVALUATION
So far nobody secured a grant being in evaluación right?

Good to know for future applicantsPetetheCat wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 1:51 pmThat seems correct. And several of us who had previously had good scores went <70 on a resubmit.
This is my last attempt, I think I had enough.
I'm still in evaluation, didn't ask Dreamer because i think I already know the outcome.
Really want to see the comments. Is a shame appeals are pointless. I would really like to have an explanation of this massive drop-down - in my case has to be at least 16 points to be below threshold, but ESRs in general are generic and do not give much constructive information...
All the best guys

Dear all in Evaluation, indeed it is scary to know the result(for me very much) but "show must go on", sooner or later in one way or another it will work out for us, sending positive vibes! Irene
