I guess this means that CAR panel winners are informed and we all others may accept the rejection and proceed to other stuff

that's absolutely frustrating to wait for so long and not even being properly informed

Still no official results here. It seems shambolic that they are saying on social media the results are out when this is not the case for so many of us. I am thankful for the DreamTeam and to not be in limbo any longer like many people.

No rejection email yet, neither changes on the portal. Yes even I think they send the emails to winners first

I'm not sure. Last year I was rejected and got the email during the night, so very early. I was actually said that the winners use to get the email later during the days. Personally I think it is either random or they follow the order of submission

Guys, where exactly do you find evaluation reports on the portal?

If you click on your submitted proposal for actions and I forget, you choose I think the first option and it takes you somewhere new. There you can find an uploaded evaluation. But that doesn't tell you if you got it, it gives your score. The email confirms. It seems even with VERY high scores, many people still did not get it.

I am from what was once called "a third world country" and not even here results are announced that way - before everyone gets the e-mails.

No - I am rejected. Same with Dreamer. Both of us below 70% when we have scored well before.

Thank you Dreamer for ending my pain. Drop from 86.6 to 78.6. Engineering panel. Maybe, God has better plan for me. Thank you all of you. Its been wonderful to be part of this forum.
