Do you think that we can get the results so early?
About 2-3 weeks before the official announcement they should send the requests for the additional ethical declarations...nobody told here or on fb that (s)he got any email from the EU regarding this (or maybe just no one told us! )

I'm not sure if this is a sufficient and necessary condition... I mean, some data points demonstrated that some grantees were required to provide the additional ethical declarations, but are you sure (because I'm not) all grantees will receive this kind of email, or some of them were not required to provide the additional ethical declarations and still received good news?

Yes, of course, not all of the grantees will receive this; most of them won't have to provide this additional ethical declaration.

Just my idea but since there were two sections to mention about ethics this year, maybe they will not ask about it. Becuz in previous years, a lot of applicants were complaining about this additional step; like ‘why you ask if you you already have an ethics section in the form’…

At this point I'd say they're not going to announce the results any sooner than the expected deadline on March 14th.
We need to be patient
