It's possible that we missed the change of status to Evolution in the case of those who went from Submission to Ranking because it happened so fast. It's also possible that they do these things according to an order based on submission date and proposal number or even something else like name. All suggestions are speculative and there is some kind of logic to all of the possible explanations/speculations provided here, but we won't know until the results are out.

So possible results are: Ranked or Evaluation?

Evaluation means someone is not ranked (under 70 points)? I am in evaluation

In 2020, ranking was on Jan 28. NCP had results in Jan 29. EC informed all in Feb 4t.

There are people who remain in Submission and got the grant.

You can move from Evaluation to Ranking and come back to Evaluation, we don't know.

Most granted people had phase":"RANKING","proposal":true,"finished":false} "canStartGAT":false
