The system shows that: " Documents will be unavailable in the Grants Management Services on Thursday, 10.03.2022, between 07:30 and 08:10 CET due to a document management system intervention. Please refrain from launching any workflow-related processes since these will not work and will have to be restored by the Service Desk".

So, this result will come out tomorrow?

No idea... It seems to be related to the close deadline for the next ERC-GOC call...
Yeah I can see that, they might want to announce the 2021 results before the deadline of the 2022 call (March 17th) to allow rejected candidates to apply again (I don't know how, with just a few days at best)
Not really. People are complaining that they will have to re-apply without knowing the evaluators' feedback. And they were told (by NCP or ERC I don't remember) that they can't do anything about it. Their words: 'Apply again and in case withdraw the proposal'. UGH
That's so bad...

Hey, does everyone have the three options (view submitted, manage consortium, follow up) in this particular order? In my previous unsuccessful proposals they appear in different order. This may mean something...

So discouraging for keeping staying in academia.
Endless suffering for this kinda bureaucratic stuff that only kills productivity and passions.

I think so, follow-up sits at the bottom

Yeah, the problem is that researchers don't directly control money but have to rely on bureaucratic structures.
Difficult to be respected and make others do things while you are begging for grant money.

I am convinced that the right way to do applied research is by having your own money a la Elon Musk

I was looking at last year's forum on the results. It seems like there is a person or a team(?) caller dreamer/dreamgirl that you can ask if you get it or not. It seems like this person can check it from the system. Not entirely sure about this. It's almost 2 am and I am skimming over 400+ pages of the thread. 🤣

Dreamer seemed to have a good relationship with his NCP, so for the previous two calls his NCP gave him the list of results and so people could private message him with their acronym and he could tell you what your score was and whether you got the fellowship. Last year dreamergirl also got the list - possibly she had the same NCP - so also helped out.

Dreamergirl got the fellowship so it's not likely she will be around, and it seemed like Dreamer was unsure as to whether he was going to apply again. I think if he had he would have been posting by now.
