I have been the administrator of several websites to date.
This is my theory.
If you see it once and then it disappears, it means that the site operator has created this feature for you, but it will remain hidden until the results are officially announced.
In fact, once you see it, it's a bug for the website.

According to this theory, those in the Evaluation will never see the My Projects.

Let's critique this theory.
It's an interesting theory.
I think however that every user should in principle have such a hidden "my project" features, i.e., I don't think that it's a feature that gets "created" ad-hoc for the potentially winning candidates. Likewise for "my expert area," everyone should have that.
Why these tabs are showing up only for some applicants is a mystery, but it may also depend on the timing of logging in
No mystery, the portal just sucks

Therefore, this theory is rejected

First and second march can be solved by adding the timestamp of your projects.

This system has some errors, like once I saw phase information and again went back to ranking.

Then, stamp theory is not true.
