I've just sent an email to the person in charge for EU project of my (maybe) beneficiary university (UNIMI).
She said they don't have any info but she confirmed that they were told that the problem is the UK and that EU hasn't found a solution for this associated country situation. So Brexit it the problem.

But I don't know what to think about, I hope to see a web page but don't. My doubt is specially focused on bold text. Does proposal field mean that the proposal has been granted? or in contrast, does is it just a simple code field to include ranking on the list?

It does not mean that you got the grant, it means (probably) that you are above 70 score. We are trying to figure out if the moment where that pahse changed (some did the 1st some the 2nd) has something to do with getting the grant or not. But we could not, this far, to get any conclusions yet.

It is a matter of days. We don't have anything to speculate about. We resist until now, "few days" more compared to 5 months. I am trying to organize activities that give me joys (I know, I should be writing LOL). But I believe, we deserve some time off, on top of this crazy unproductive week.
