I know I just said I'm not sharing any more political news, but I can't help it. Did you see this one? https://www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/liz- ... 99013.html
A UK-EU trade war could be on the horizon.
Yeah... :? Foreign secretary Truss has announced overnight that the government has rejected the EU's proposal to fix the issues with the Protocol - https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-61391869
The whole situation obviously sucks (to put it mildly), but I guess we just have to wait and see what it means for us...
And this: "If the UK does go for the nuclear option and disapply the protocol completely, the EU has promised swift and decisive action." https://www.theguardian.com/politics/20 ... 1652261777

Thanks for sharing! Yes, and, as I was mentioning elsewhere, on the list of "punishments" by the EU there may also be (as they discussed last November) the exclusion of UK from Horizon Europe... Or rather getting UK downgraded to third country status (like Switzerland).

Hello,
The 2022 call is now open. I read somewhere that resubmission is not possible for people on the reserve list.
So we have to wait until a rejection letter comes? Would it come later than the resubmission deadline?
